What is professional practice?

Communication, commitment, honesty, reliability, ability.

As the fight director on a production you are responsible for the safe and interesting staging of theatrical violence. In order to achieve this goal, you must approach your duties with a professional integrity which begins even before the first rehearsal.
 

Fencing, Stage, Film and Historical Terms

This glossary has been compiled from several different books, websites and fencing manuals. Many of the interpretations are my own, however, I have used modern fencing as a basis for my descriptions.
